It requires breaking away from education & training systems where management rules. Pioneering rules... because the only rules are... doing something better & knowing more today... than you did yesterday. It's that happy place where you find yourself on an open playing field doing & knowing whatever you want... footloose & fancy free. Managed Learning Systems are so pompous (full of themselves) they crown themselves learning royalty. Yet, these system managers neglect to pass along to their subjects... how to learn alone... so someday they can learn how to venture into the vast UNKNOWN... and create something out of nothing. This is why we selected Pioneering... a word we had to make up... that defines the essence of learning to learn, unlearn and relearn. We do so with the hope that those who learn how to feed their learning hunger... using the Six Spectrums of Learning... will be satisfied with learning fulfillment for the rest of their life. Pioneering is the most fulfilling... when it comes to learning..

  • 6 Education - Learning to $Know$ • Learning to know... at its core… feeds a hunger for knowledge. It’s about consuming information; knowing more to get better at what you want to do. Education is not about “systems” & it’s not about philosophical debates about what comes first: the chicken or the egg. This is what makes the philosophical debate about what comes first… Training (learning to do) or Education (learning to know) … so nonsensical. What makes sense… is KNOWING that pure, organic learning…feeds a learning hunger… & the Six Spectrums of Pioneer Learning provides a balanced diet. Pioneer Learning shows that Education & Training must work in tandem... otherwise education is nothing more than a game of Trivial Pursuit.

    Theoretically... our education system places all it’s bets… on the safest bet... spending years inside a settlement... learning to know.. before venturing outside... into the unknown... learning what to do. You must KNOW what you’re doing… before you get to do it. This SAFE & SECURE learning philosophy supposedly puts our entire nation on the highway to success. You are conditioned... in air conditioning... to never put your top down, go off-road or off-script, exceed the speed limit and not take chances. Philosophically, education increases the odds of NOT DOING or NOT SAYING something stupid... or so the "don't do anything until you know for sure” theory goes. But once you figure out the main objective of “education systems” ... is charging outrageous tolls & strictly enforcing the rules of the road... you quickly realize... this "system" is about making money & following orders.

    Pure education is nothing more than learning how to answer questions. The main objective of education... is the ability to answer a whole lot of questions. If you can answer this question... What is the definition of education?... you are hereby educated. That's education in a nutshell. Answer questions correctly and you are thereby educated. That is the objective of education… knowing the answer to questions.

    Organic education is homegrown & free. This is why the philosophical debate of what comes first... an education or student loans... insane in the membrane. Which is why we ask... are we buying knowledge because the questions & answers are a state secret or is the Wizard of Ed handing out diploma's to prove the scarecrows have a brain? Now that we know the objective of education is to answer questions... computers & smartphones... where we can phone a friend... or google for answers on demand is providing the most effective way to get a free long-term education... and teaches everybody to SHARE information. It's time for education to start publishing the questions and let students find the answers. Do that and we will be DOING more to further education... now that we KNOW the definition of education. Maybe it's time... the education system broke (with) precedence and got better educated... by answering this question...what's stopping this "education system" from evolving?

The Future of Learning

The key to TS4i troubleshooting... is when given a learning challenge... it means questioning & observing PROBLEMS... coming up with hypotheses... testing to prove or disprove those hypotheses... so in the end... if we do our due diligence... we discover innovative SOLUTIONS to an array of complex problems. Problem solving skills are a vital ingredient of learning how to learn.

The original challenges we were given was trying to figure out how cut the training time for Air Traffic Control technicians by six months... so they could get out of school and into the workplace faster... stop from having them to return to school every time a new piece of ATC electronics equipment was put into use...while at the same time maintaining the stringent requirement... that all technicians still had to learn to fix problems in any complex electronics systems given to them... in under 30 minutes. That's right. Find the problem & fix it in less than 30 minutes... or end up in Crash Crew putting out fires when a plane or helicopter crashes. Ironically, a hypothesis of ignorance was added to the mix. The strange-but-true hypothesis was... " people do not know the difference between training & education".

The six spectrums of learning was simply getting our ducks in a row... expanding learning wisdom by examining seemingly innocent problems to our overall challenge... to better our chances of finding innovative solutions. It was a learning exercise... not the solution to the original problem. The solution... came down to discovering the best, fastest long term way to train Air Traffic Control technicians and transform them into learning pioneers... was to hand them learning roadmaps before each class or exercise... that included the following:

  1. A list of everything the technician had to do... down to the last detail... how well they had to do it (acceptable time crunch like less than 30 minutes)… and under what conditions it had to be done (neither rain, sleet, snow, hail or dark of night were excuses for failure to deliver safe aviation travels)
  2. A list of every question (without answers) the technician had to find & fill in their own answers...  which was simply a list of things the technician had to know. Each group of questions were sequence linked to a TO-DO task they were required to perform. Which in short meant... they had to show that they know exactly what they were doing... and then go out and do it.

Classroom time was dramatically reduced. Time in the test lab increased. Performance was the indicator of learning. It was done by training & conditioning pioneers... to learn unlearn & relearn.

What made this repetitive exercise so effective... it puts the ownness of learning on the pioneers... and not the teachers or coaches. As it turns out... when a learning environment takes off everybody is familiar with the six spectrums of learning & how learning roadmaps set the guidelines to enhanced performance & knowledge. Everybody is a student & a player... everybody is a teacher & a coach... by asking & answering questions... and showing off to each other... what they can and can't do. Outside the classroom... sharing learning information and helping each other learn how WE can do it faster & better... is not cheating. It can't be cheating when everybody is learning . Especially when everyone is learning to the point... everybody is at the top of their class.

The distinction can be easily made when you put a Marine Corps Drill Instructor who is the epitome of leadership...side by side... with the teachers, coaches & cheerleaders in our education system who are the essence of sideline management. Leadership is always on the front lines: Management is always on the sidelines.

Back in 1980... a futurist exposed the Education Systems covert operations... that was less about Learning & all about Management.

He brought to light that an outdated Education Systems whose Modus Operandi since 1916... when states forced all the kids working in factories... to quit work & go to grade school... was designed to be a factory prep school. The only change from 1916-1980... until today? The only factory left... operating at maximum capacity... is the education system. All Alvin Toffler wanted to do... was keep us from being illiterate in the 21st Century.

Factory Modeled Education

Alvin Toffler identified the core problem with our education system back in 1980. The principal role of our "education system"... is betting the farm on one spectrum of learning... going all in on a system... that has little to do with learning... and a lot to do with MANAGEMENT. It's a "factory modeled system" (those who finished grade school & went to work in a factory know this insane Twilight Zone connection is 100% true)… that demands... students in the classroom... and players on the playing field... show up on time... follow orders... and learn to do boring repetitive work over & over again... so after graduation... the primary lesson learned... is knowing how to take orders from management hierarchy... without questioning.

In other words... Management Rules! Management royalty rules the subjects & servants. Once you see it... you almost want to saddle up & ride like Paul Revere and sound the alarm that "the British are coming... BACK... the British are coming... BACK"... so we can rally the troops and drive these tyrants back into the sea... back to England. Alvin Toffler Exposed the all the emperors who wears no clothes. It all boils down to the fact that the education system is an English CLASS SYSTEM... where subjects & servants... must down bow to the Kings & Queens. Now we don't care who you are... dat right dare is funny. P.S. Alvin was a funny guy.

Our Factory Education Management System is the enemy of Pioneers & Leadership. Leadership & Pioneers serve on the front lines at the point of impact... so when management is safely away from the action... authorized to delegate from the sidelines... the inspiration power of leadership & pioneering is crippled and extinguished. Management requires obedient followers, lackey's, disposable parts, servants, subjects & pawns. Leadership and a pioneering spirit have no place in the royalty ranks of sideline management systems. The snake-oil salesman management fairy tale of "you are a leader or you are a follower" is a monkey-see monkey-do vaudeville act of smoke & management mirrors stealing a leadership heavyweight title... that hides the fact that managers focus on money and have to buy or sell followers... as they hide in a bunker, trapped in the known.

Our 102 year old education system is a Teddy Bear factory. This outdated factory management system promotes "sitting on the sidelines". This SYSTEM is a Learning & Leadership development failure. Our factory modeled education system promotes & conditions students to serve at the beck and call management. Royal highly-educated management that gets to sit in the shade of performance and rule the party system from the sidelines.

Education system bad...learning good. Management bad...leadership good.

Education Systems...should KNOW better by now! If anything... this strategic plan should be called, "The Future of Education (learning to know more) and illustrates exactly how it disrespects and disregards Training (learning to do more)".  How can education claim to be really smart, have us looking forward to pretending to be highly educated people, yet have so much trouble figuring out that EDUCATION and LEARNING are not synonymous with each other. (They are like two totally different words dude, like look them up in the dictionary already, they are words as different as night and day no different than education and training aren't even in the same ballpark or library) This video is a perfect example of what an educated person, a believer in the education Big Bang Theory, needs to know about the future and is 100% on the right track for a nation to KNOW MORE in the future... while at the same time is 100% on the wrong track of the critical need for a nation to DO MORE right now.

Let's face the nation and decide right here and now. Do we want to KNOW MORE in the future or do we want to DO MORE? The answer will determine the fate of the nation for now and forever more... or less.

The creator of this website was falsely accused of having Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in high school.  While our Renegade Pioneer did in fact wear a "Medicate Me" T-Shirt to school everyday. He was a dumbass but he was also a smartass who refused to partake in drugs that would make him want to sit in a classroom all day and follow the orders of the powers-to-be that wanted him to "Listen, Study, Parrot, Test" over and over... wasting his valuable time having fun outside of school. Understanding this system had nothing to do with LEARNING... he refused to be an obedient servant to the system and when he was brought up on charges had this to say to the Royal Kingdom... 

Your honor Mr. Principal & members of the Bored of Education...I plead NOT GUILTY to all these factory modeled disciplinary charges and you can kiss my ass.

He could be heard screaming as he was dragged back into high school detention for the last time, "No!...You're out of order!...No...You're out of order!!!" The evidence showed that our renegade dumbass walked out in the middle of Mrs. Ruler's class the day before and skipped school (skip work) all day. The story goes he never said a word to anyone why he walked out in the middle of class, why he did it or where he had to go. The illustrious education system is under tight control so no student is officially classified as a having ADHD & heavily medicated until the Bored can PROVE their case. In every case they are not interested what any student has to say if they break the RULERS.

When the Principal demanded to know why "Skippity-do-da all day long" had got up and walked out of Mrs. Ruler's class the day before without saying a word and never returned to school grounds...he put his sunglasses on before the Bored members...since he is not a man of few words...he popped in his favorite 8 track cassette into his trusty boom box...cranked this song to full volume and started rocking out of the classroom on the road to pioneer learning where he knew he was better off if he learned how to teach himself...

What the buck is this crazy jarhead talking about? First he is telling us we are at war with grief. Then he is attacking our standardized brilliant PhD scientists who are our educational Gods of wisdom. Next, he calls our beloved crowning standardized education system a complete and utter failure. He thinks our standardized management principals refers to the joker on the sidelines, chief person or king and that they are responsible for the current out of control chaos...whereas his management principles refer to a basic law or concept that none of these educated superstars have the cajones to be a pioneer or leader. He says the highly educated are trying to manage a leadership nation into extinction. He shines a light on the glamorous movie, TV, sports stars we watch, envy & follow and tells us to follow our dreams instead of watching others achieve their wildest dreams. He insults our rich business "greed is good" Kings & Queens of the royal kingdoms of Facebook, Walmart, Microsoft, Starbucks & Amazon and tells us they are all bankrupt of courage, possessed by greed. He thinks the nation should be taxing these sideline cowards and make them support our wounded warriors (military & first responders) as payback for the freedom they have never invested in. We wants us to stop buying their trash. He wants us to quit funding "greed is good" celebrities' selling their fame & fortune and start buying into leadership and freedom instead.

He crossed the line of not following unlawful orders of either of our Party Politician's we elect because we have no choice but to buy into the best MANAGERS money can buy. What the f**k does do our sacred institutions, all our sacred institutions we worship for 30 pieces of freedom silver have to do with going to war against grief helping to "Make America Happy Again"? It is not our countries fault our brightest minds were manufactured into managers and sideline Teddy Bears without cajones. That isn't why we are losing our freedom...is it? He sees why we can't see a nations lack of leadership is the cause and effect of all of this grief. Is it? What the f**k is going on? Everything I worship is being attacked and defeat. What the hell are we going to do when "our world is turned upside down" and we are all free to do what we want, like that amazing and talented Puerto Rican American dude with that funky name, E. Manuel Miranda. This Alexander Hamilton want-a-be came into our homes and sang to us for free, all about freedom on Independence day. This dumbass was selling tickets on Broadway for $1,500 a seat prior to Covid-19 and he turned his world upside down and gave it away for free. Senor Miranda is our kind of free dumb Pioneer! He did not throw away his shot!

How can this website tell us our education system is to blame for our lack of leadership? It cannot be our fault because management refuses to take any of the blame. That is how we manage to get by Damn it! A freakin' dumbass jarhead is telling the nation (for free so we can get free dumb) that the primary source of all our grief is our education system? Did a small time Puerto Rican American trick us into watching E. Manuel Miranda in big time Hamilton so he could Mirandize us in the name of American freedom? It that what Hamilton was all about? Is this why this website is jacking us around?  Why is everything free when it comes to freedom suddenly? Where is the money in that?

Great questions yawl. It took you long enough get here. We dig burying treasure nuggets inside our "we are making this all up as we go along for the ride of our happy life" just to f**k with a nation of Management Gurus who refuse to admit they have no cajones. That does not make them bad guys...in fact it makes them...can we say it...oh forget it...we don't want to hurt their delicate feelings after showing they have no balls. I mean come on with the come on. If you reach between your legs and FEEL nothing there, you have no cajones. If you are a Cowboy or Cowgirl and you grab between your legs and it FEELs good, you're over-the-moon happy you still got a pair of knockers knocking, you got nothing to fear. This ain't rocket science.

So for all you management blue balls out there looking to find a pair, so you too can get off on leadership, listen up. We are trying our best to paint you a pretty picture of how ugly management is. We are delicately explaining how to connect the dots of multiple fronts of grief attack, troubleshooting the relationship between grief; education systems, management systems, business systems, science systems and political systems as simple as we can. So here goes everything.

Grief is invisible. We never see it coming. Grief stabs us in the back and poof, it's gone leaving us drowning in a depression. Grief is the manager of sheep to the slaughter and grief transforms humans into grief robotic cyborgs without feelings. Grief makes us dig your own grave. Interesting that grief consists of the death of a love, passion or a close encounter with pure evil with a FEELING of loss, injury, misfortune that all occur when we are bankrupt of faith. Think how much grief is caused by the loss of wanting to hold on tight to money, power, possessions and material things that have nothing to do with freedom beyond the basic necessities of life....Food, Shelter from the storm, Love, Passion, Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness.

Management is invisible. We never see them doing anything but trying to talk us out of it. In a crisis, managers stab us in the back and poof, they are gone to higher ground to save themselves leaving us drowning in depression. Managers are the manager of sheep to the slaughter and management transforms humans into grief robotic cyborgs without feelings. Managers make us dig your own grave. The only reason we allow ourselves to get mismanaged by these self-serving pigs is because we bought into the lie that money, power, possessions and material things buys us happiness. We are a once great leadership/pioneering nation... that sold its soul to sideline management... and now we cannot figure out why...we are the Rodney Dangerfield's of management systems when we say, "I get no respect!"

Science (not medical) is invisible. We never saw it coming. PhD science crown themselves the educated Gods of Wisdom, science stabbed our faith in the back, telling us our Father who nart in Heaven...  and science's evolution is a freakin' monkey with magic seeds that evolved into humans leaving us drowning a zoo cage depression they talked us into. PhD's are the scientists of the sheep to the slaughter and science transforms humans into grief robotic cyborgs without feelings. Science makes us dig your own grave in search of the DNA of their imaginary primate Father. Science is only in it for the money, power, possessions and materials things because they damn sure need it to pay off the 14.7 years of student loan debt they racked up so they could hide out in a safe library environment and answer a single question. They need retribution for all their hard work that many times, never pays off, so they put down uneducated people in order to build their own grief dividends.

Faith is invisible. Faith never leaves your side. It is right there with you day and night. Faith walks beside you through thick and thin. Faith wants you to hold on tight to Acceptance, Forgiveness, Self-Reckoning, Remorse, Compassion and LOVE and be thankful for want you got, not what you have not, not what you want to get, or what you think is owed you. You can't see it, but you believe it, and you damn sure FEEL it. Faith gives you the courage to climb out of any depression. To be recklessly free. Free & Dumb. Free dumb & Happy.

Leadership is this nation's only visible means of support. Learning the only visible meaning of figuring out what you want to do, what to need to know and figuring out the rest all by yourself. Leaders run in front of you cutting a path into the unknown, leading you through thick & thin. You can damn sure see it because it is right in front of your face. It is hard to believe because management has pulled off a leadership solar eclipse and that is why we only see darkness. The previous 4 bolded out items are all invisible. Leadership is a "holy crap" wonder of amazement you can see crystal clear. Where the f**k did this leadership Cowboy or Cowgirl come from? Most times, leaders emerge out of nowhere, riding in to save the day. They come from the most unexpected places right when all hope is lost. Leadership tells you to put your faith in God, Corps and Country. To follow them into the valley of the shadow of death without any fear of the unknown. Leaders convince volunteers (the wolves not the sheep) that there is no greater calling than the freedom of a nation. Leaders convince the strong to have faith...the weak to stay hidden...as leaders run full speed ahead into the breach and pioneers latch onto to leaders as if their lives depended on it...risking life, body & limbs...because they all have a soul that lives forever and freedom is worth fighting for. We are all dying for Freedom.

Since leadership has been wiped out, shot down, killed, covered up, facing extinction...just like in the Marine Corps when all the Officers and Senior Enlisted are dead...the next man in line must assume command even if he/she is a lowly private, the last man standing. Leadership inspires pioneers, renegades to always steps up their game and assume command. Leadership inspires a "do or die" spirit. Not command in the since of "you must follow my orders, do exactly as I say, while I hang back in the management bunker". No sir or ma’am. Screw those management cowards who die a thousand deaths a day as they send troops into battle to die a thousand deaths a day without leadership. You assume command as a Pioneer forced to pull off a leadership hat trick instead of fighting beside leadership as an action agent, pulling off a learning hat trick. It is a pioneering promotion to leadership that are both linked to learning. You tell your men & women, your band of brothers & sisters, the loves of your life..."I'm running into the unknown by myself. I don't give a damn if you follow me or not. The only thing I can tell you with 100% certainty...if you stay here...you will die a thousand deaths before you will ever be able to live again. Ohhh Rahhh!!! God, Corps, Country! Leadership is the fearless notion that if you look behind you as you run into the gates of hell...nobody will be there to back you up... it does not matter because leaders move ahead one way or another. The only sure fire bet between leadership and management? If you look around in a gunfight, it is 100% guaranteed, you will never see a manager in front of you, beside you or behind you.

There you have it. Your sacred failing education system "condensed version" that should have produced long version learners with principles, not "condensed version" principals. We are laughing our asses off knowing it might take 4-10 years for our educated managers with sacred college degrees to find this golden leadership nugget. When it comes to sideline management finks...we are proving some of these geniuses are the dumbest smart people we will ever SEE. This leaderless nation is being poorly managed by an upper class with extremely low classifications when it comes to fighting for freedom. But all is not lost. This is why we are declaring war with grief. If we can all Cowboy & Cowgirl up...education, science, managers, business and politics systems that build up walls to protect managers and leave the subjects to fend for themselves...management will simply be erased from our history books as a loss of leadership principles from 1968-2020, after Dr. Martin Luther King was assassinated. This fearless man was a leader. All we have to honestly say is, "The United States of American went on a 52 year leadership sabbatical". We thought being smart would help us "sit this one out". We tried to put all our lack of faith in Management, and we failed leadership.  We really thought if we got smarter, we might get somewhere. Who knew wanting to get smarter was the dumbest move our country ever made?

Our bad. We must get over it and start anew. A new Beginning. An Impossible Dream. We simply must follow the free dumb road map of the ABC's of Happiness. Was that a sales pitch... if we ain't selling and you ain't buying? Sounds more like free dumb to us.
